About this scholarship
Female students pursuing their first undergraduate degree or certificate who are graduating high school seniors, re-entry students, or current community college students planning to attend a college in the San Mateo County Community College District (Cañada College, College of San Mateo, or Skyline College) may apply if they demonstrate financial need and are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.
Scholarships of up to $25,000 are renewable for up to three years, or four years for students in a four-year degree program at a district college.
The fund enables women to pursue courses of study they could not otherwise afford due to limited financial means.
