SVCF Leo and Trinidad Sanchez Scholarship

Hispanic American students (with at least one parent of Hispanic or Hispanic American heritage) who currently live in Santa Clara County or Santa Cruz County, California, may apply. Eligible applicants are graduating high school seniors or West Valley College undergraduates enrolled in a program leading to an architecture degree, or students at any architectural school on a full-time or part-time basis.

One $4,500 award is available.

Gil Sanchez established the scholarship in memory of his parents, Leo and Trini Sanchez, who emigrated from Mexico and valued hard work, family, and education. His hope is to help young people seeking to become architects.
