Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation Scholarship

Nebraska residents graduating from a Nebraska high school or GED program who are first-time freshmen planning to attend a Nebraska public college (community college, state college, or university system) may apply. Applicants need a minimum 2.0 unweighted high school GPA and must demonstrate financial need (SAI below 10,000).

Award amounts vary. Selection is competitive and based on need, academics, short answers, and a recommendation. The application opens November 1 and is due February 1 before 5:00 pm CT.
