About this scholarship

For forcibly displaced students (including IDPs, refugees, convention refugees, and others at risk of persecution or conflict) who have an offer of admission to an OSAP-eligible McMaster undergraduate or graduate program and demonstrate financial need. Not available to students already enrolled at McMaster. Priority consideration is given to research-based graduate programs and undergraduate programs with standard tuition structures.

Amount varies by need; funding is limited and not guaranteed. Support may cover tuition and fees, living expenses, books, and communications technology. Incoming undergraduates apply via AwardSpring; incoming graduate applicants use the SARB graduate form. Prepare documentation on academic history, displacement or risk, and financial need.
