About this scholarship
McMaster students facing financial barriers when accessing tutoring through the Undergrad Peer Tutoring Network are eligible. Students must demonstrate financial need and must not receive other bursary, scholarship, or government aid specifically covering tutoring costs.
Students can receive up to $30 per term. Funding is placed in the student account, but tutoring services must be accessed through mcmaster.tutorocean.com. Receipts must be uploaded on AwardSpring after tutoring is complete.
Apply through McMaster AwardSpring during the Winter cycle. If tutoring services are not accessed through the Undergrad Peer Tutoring Network in the winter term, repayment is required.
