Student Excellent Equals Degree (SEED) Scholarship

Delaware residents enrolled full time in a degree-seeking program at Delaware Technical Community College or the University of Delaware Associate in Arts program may qualify. Applicants must be Delaware high school graduates (or meet homeschool or GED equivalency) with at least a 2.5 GPA or qualifying pathway completion. Homeschooled, undocumented, and foster-care students may also apply.

The scholarship covers tuition after other financial aid for up to 10 semesters. Award amounts vary based on remaining tuition costs.

Submit FAFSA by the April 1 priority date and meet institutional admission deadlines. There is no age restriction.
