About this scholarship

For eligible incoming Former Youth in Care and First Nations students from designated communities entering their first Niagara College credential program. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or landed immigrants; maintain full-time registration and academic standing; and apply for OSAP and/or PSSSP each year. Designated First Nations include Aamjiwnaang, Chippewas of Kettle and Stony Point, Chippewas of the Thames, Delaware Nation (Moravian of the Thames), Munsee-Delaware, Oneida Nation of the Thames, Six Nations of the Grand River, and Mississaugas of the Credit.

This renewable scholarship covers tuition and ancillary fees. Complete the Scholarship Intake Form by the term deadline (for example, Fall 2026 start by August 15, 2026; Winter 2027 by December 15, 2026).
