About this scholarship

Graduating high-school seniors (grade 12) in the San Diego area with a minimum 3.2 GPA who are current or former patients of Dr. Kurt Stormberg may apply.

One $1,000 award is offered each year.

Mail the application, transcript, a 300-word essay on self-confidence, and a senior photo to Stormberg Orthodontics in La Mesa, CA by April 10.
