SSHRC Canada Graduate Research Scholarship – Doctoral

Doctoral students in the social sciences and humanities may apply through McMaster for the SSHRC Canada Graduate Research Scholarship Doctoral. Eligible applicants include Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons, and international students enrolled in their doctoral program at McMaster.

The award is valued at $40,000 per year for 36 months.

Applications follow McMaster's internal competition. Selected applications are submitted to SSHRC within the university's assigned quota. Applicants registered at a Canadian institution with a quota during the calendar year of application must apply through that institution.
