Sponsoring True Advocacy for Challenged Youth Scholarship

California residents age 17 or older in Sacramento, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Amador, El Dorado, Placer, Sutter, Yolo, or Solano counties who are enrolled in or admitted to an accredited institution and demonstrate commitment to advancing individuals with disabilities may apply.

Awards provide up to $1,000 for tuition or other education expenses. The number of recipients varies.

Email a completed application between June 15 and September 15. Submit a single document with required responses (maximum five pages), certified transcripts, and a separate Application Certification page. Priority goes to applicants who have not received the award before.
