Spicer-Hennessey Scholar-Bursary

Nova Scotia high school graduates born in Nova Scotia who are entering first-year undergraduate studies at Acadia University in the Manning School of Business or specified Pure and Applied Science disciplines may apply for the Spicer-Hennessey Scholar-Bursary.

The award value varies and may be renewable for up to four years for recipients who maintain a 3.50 GPA. Candidates need at least an 85% high school average and demonstrated financial need. Preference goes to graduates of South Colchester Academy in Brookfield or Hants North Rural High School in Kennetcook.

Apply through Acadia's scholarship portal by March 1. The endowed fund was established to provide the maximum number of renewable scholar-bursaries each year.
