About this scholarship
High school juniors or seniors or community college students who live in Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, or Ventura County, California, and hold at least a 3.0 GPA may apply.
The Southern California Association of Governments awards nine scholarships of $4,000 each, in partnership with the California Transportation Foundation. Preference goes to students committed to planning, engineering, public administration, or related public-service fields.
Complete the application with academic records and confirm availability for a required two-week internship with a local planning agency, council of governments, or SCAG.
