About this scholarship
Graduating South Carolina high school seniors whose parent or legal guardian has been a South Carolina resident for at least one year may apply. Applicants need a recommendation from their principal, headmaster, or guidance counselor, must attend college in South Carolina, and must be of good moral character.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers' Foundation awards three scholarships: one of $3,000 and two of $2,000, with one $2,000 award reserved for the child of an SCLEOA member.
Mail a completed application with transcript and a discursive essay on local law enforcement cooperation with ICE. Fax and email submissions are not accepted.
