Smile Train College Scholarship Program

U.S. high school seniors ages 14 to 19 born with a cleft lip and/or palate who will enroll in a four-year U.S. college or vocational school may apply. Five $5,000 scholarships are awarded annually for tuition, fees, course expenses, and room and board.

Submit the application with short essays on academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and how being cleft-affected has impacted your life by the May deadline. U.S. citizenship required; not open to Smile Train staff, board, or immediate families.
