About this scholarship

Full-time Alberta post-secondary students who have completed at least two full academic years may apply if they are in a credentialed program that prepares them to support children or adults with learning disabilities or ADHD. Selection considers community and campus contributions, a satisfactory academic record, and the student's future program of study.

Two scholarships of $1,100 each are available.

Applicants submit an official transcript for the last university or college year, two letters of reference from non-relatives, an outline of community and campus contributions, and an outline of the program they will undertake during the scholarship year. The scholarship was established in 1982 to expand support for people with learning disabilities and ADHD.
