Male high school seniors planning to enroll as freshmen at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a minimum 3.0 GPA through junior year may apply.
The Sigma Nu Pursuit of Excellence Scholarship provides a one-time $4,000 direct payment to one incoming freshman. Applying does not obligate you to join Sigma Nu.
The selection committee weighs scholastic achievement, integrity, leadership, goal orientation, and extracurricular accomplishment. The scholarship is fully funded by the chapter alumni association.
