Shining White Bear - Janine Jackson Memorial Scholarship

Continuing undergraduate students at the University of Lethbridge who self-identify as Indigenous may apply. Preference is given to Indigenous Studies majors. Selection is based on academic achievement, including a minimum 3.0 GPA and 18.0 earned credit hours in the previous fall/winter.

The award is $1,500. Payment requires confirmation of full-time enrolment in the Fall or Fall and Winter terms following the award, and completion of the Indigenous Attestation Form by the award deadline.

The award is given in honour of Janine Rae Jackson, "Shining White Bear."
