Full-time and part-time Social Work students in the second, third, or fourth year at Toronto Metropolitan University who demonstrate a commitment to the field and anti-oppression values.

Selection considers overcoming or helping others overcome personal obstacles, relevant life experiences, and volunteer community work beyond social work placements. Financial need is also a factor. The award is worth $3,699.85.
