About this scholarship
U.S. citizens or permanent residents age 25 or younger pursuing a first undergraduate degree at an accredited two-year, four-year, or vocational school with a minimum 2.0 GPA and demonstrated financial need may apply.
The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation provides renewable individual grants paid directly to institutions for tuition, books, lab fees, travel, and select living costs. Award amounts vary based on student need. Household income is typically $75,000 or less.
