SGS Research Travel Grant

Full-time PhD or SJD students in the Humanities or Social Sciences at the University of Toronto who need research travel for thesis work (up to 12 months) may apply. First-year and flexible-time PhD students are ineligible. Conference, exchange, course, and seminar travel are not funded. Domestic and international students may apply. Grant value depends on destination, duration, prior SGS Research Travel Grants, and the applicant pool; students may fund one return trip and are expected to seek other support as well.
