Senator Rhéal Bélisle Scholarships

Full-time Laurentian University students entering the second, third, or fourth year of specialized programs in Biology, Economics, Business Administration (BBA), or the Faculty of Management may apply. Selection is based on academic standing in the previous year and demonstrated leadership and participation in the humanities, sports, or arts outside the classroom. Awards alternate between francophone and anglophone students.

Two scholarships of $1,800 each are available. An application is required.

Established by friends in honour of Senator Rheal Belisle's public service. While in the Legislature, he helped enable the incorporation of Laurentian University of Sudbury and the University of Sudbury as a federated college.
