Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema students at Concordia University entering their second year of study may be considered for this in-course scholarship.

The School selects the most outstanding Cinema student based on work completed during the first year. Faculty juries choose recipients for scholastic and artistic achievement; applications are not accepted.

The scholarship was established in 1992 by Deanna and Ted Wall and brothers George and Wilder in tribute to Sean Wall, a promising Film Production student at Concordia.
