SDSU Merit Scholarship

Invitation-only merit scholarship for first-year students admitted to San Diego State University who graduate from a local SDSU admissions-area high school with strong academic records, including a minimum 4.00 high school GPA.

Award amounts vary. Merit Scholars are also automatically admitted to the Weber Honors College. Eligible applicants are notified in December and January and receive an email application link.

This is SDSU's most prestigious scholarship, awarded to a select number of the most academically qualified local graduates.
