About this scholarship

Active registered Scouts Canada members who have not reached age 26 by January 1 of the application year and are entering or continuing full-time study at a Canadian post-secondary institution may apply.

Recipients receive up to one non-renewable award each. The scholarship is $6,000. Selection considers Scouting history, leadership, community contribution, and academics.

Apply with a 200-word statement on the value of Scouting in your life, two letters of reference (only one from within Scouting), a resume, and transcripts.
