Students domiciled in New Brunswick at the time of nomination who show signal promise but are especially needy or handicapped, have unusual direction or promise, or are of distinct interest and do not qualify for other regularly established scholarships may be considered.

Award values vary. The awards are tenable at New Brunswick universities for undergraduate or graduate study.
