Scott and Kim Verplank Foundation Scholarships

High school seniors who are U.S. citizens with a childhood diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes, actively manage their condition, maintain above a 3.0 GPA, and participate on an organized athletic team may apply.

Renewable scholarships of $10,000 support tuition, student fees, and books for up to four years of undergraduate study, provided renewal requirements are met.

Submit the application with supporting documentation beginning January 1 of senior year. The Scott and Kim Verplank Foundation selects recipients based on diabetes management, academic commitment, and athletic participation.
