About this scholarship
High school juniors and seniors, transfer students, and prospective graduate students may enter the SCAD Challenge by submitting one original creative work in an eligible art and design category via SlideRoom.
Winners in each category receive scholarships to attend SCAD, with awards up to $16,000. Scholarships renew annually based on GPA (3.0 undergraduate, 3.25 graduate). Three awards are available; applicants may enter multiple categories but may only place in one.
Complete a SCAD admission application and submit one piece demonstrating creativity, innovation, and aesthetic understanding by the deadline. Work need not match your intended major.
