Saskatchewan Agriculture Student Scholarship

Open to Saskatchewan Grade 12 students or recent high school or GED graduates (within the past two school years) who plan to begin agriculture-related post-secondary study. Post-secondary study may be at any accredited Canadian institution.

Four awards are offered: one $6,000 grand prize and three $3,000 runner-up prizes. Applicants submit a three-minute video or 1,000-word essay on solutions to challenges in agriculture, a conditional acceptance letter, and a recommendation from a teacher, agriculture industry leader, or community leader. Ministry of Agriculture and Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation employees and their immediate family are ineligible.
