Sandy Laird Service Award in Mining Engineering

For second- and third-year UBC Vancouver Mining Engineering undergraduates in the Faculty of Applied Science, including co-op students, who aspire to industry leadership in mine operations and management and have demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities in high school, the community, the university, and/or sports.

Awards from an endowment established by Sandy Laird (B.A.Sc. 1957). Amount varies.
