Sandford Fleming Foundation (SFF) Award for Academic Excellence

University of Waterloo graduating Engineering students. Fifteen awards are distributed across programs: Chemical (2), Civil (1), Electrical and Computer (3), Environmental (1), Geological (1), Management (1), Mechanical (2), Mechatronics (1), Nanotechnology (1), Software (1), and Systems Design (1).

In each program, the award goes to the student with the best academic record in the last six academic terms of the undergraduate program. Amounts vary.

No application is required; recipients are selected on academic record.
