S. Cyril Maplethorp Memorial Scholarship in Engineering

Students beginning or continuing studies in a UBC Vancouver Engineering program may be nominated for these scholarships, with preference for undergraduates.

Scholarships of varying amounts are endowed by the Estate of Serge Cyril Maplethorp. Cyril Maplethorp graduated from Imperial College at the University of London, emigrated to Canada in 1953, and worked as a consulting civil engineer. No separate application is required; the Faculty of Applied Science makes recommendations.
