Ruth Regina Halcli Memorial Scholarship

Residents of Saginaw County, Michigan, who are high school seniors or current college students pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, vocational, or associate degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA may apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation's single online application.

Award amounts vary. Selection weighs an essay, demonstrated leadership, career goals, and involvement in work, school, and community activities.

Submit the foundation's unified scholarship application with required supporting materials by the second Friday in February.
