Ruth Mitchell Hanson Scholarship

High school seniors at a Saginaw County, Michigan, high school with a minimum 3.25 GPA who are admitted to a college music department and pursuing an undergraduate music degree full-time may apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation's single online application.

Award amounts vary.

Submit an audition MP3, an essay on your commitment to a music career, recommendations, and a transcript. An interview may be requested.

The scholarship was established to assist talented Saginaw County students pursuing careers in music.
