Graduating students from Westisle Composite High who are entering the first year of the Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Business Administration program at the University of Prince Edward Island may apply.
One recipient receives $2,000. The student with the highest academic standing entering either program is selected and should also show concern and compassion for the welfare of others.
