Ruby Newhall Memorial Scholarship

Full-time foreign graduate or doctoral students pursuing degrees in the United States or Canada whose field of study will improve quality of life in their home country may apply through the Pilot International Founders Fund.

Awards up to $2,000 are disbursed for one academic year and must be used for tuition and related educational expenses.

Submit one PDF application file by email. Recipients are selected based on community service, financial need, and academic success.
