UTM undergraduate students with high academic standing in BIO205 (Ecology) and a genuine interest in ecology may receive the Roy Ivor Memorial Award in Biology.

The award was established in 1981 by friends in memory of Roy Ivor, an ornithologist and author who welcomed UTM students and staff to the Winding Lane Bird Sanctuary across from campus.
