Roy Daniells Memorial Prize

Open to UBC Vancouver students achieving excellence in third- and fourth-year courses in the Department of English.

Prize amounts vary from contributions by Professor Roy Daniells' family, colleagues, and admirers. No separate application; awards are made on the recommendation of the English Department Committee on Prizes and Scholarships.

Professor Daniells was head of the English Department from 1948 to 1965 and later held the appointment of University Professor of Language and Literature until 1974.
