Ross and Don McLean Memorial Award

For a group of graduating students at Toronto Metropolitan University who prepared the most outstanding documentary.

The award is $240.60.

It is named for brothers Ross and Don McLean, who shaped Canadian television production. Ross McLean was a CBC and CTV producer of shows including Tabloid, Close-up, and This Hour Has Seven Days. Don McLean helped create The Partners' Film Company. Don originally established the award for Ross; after Don's death, his son Ross and associates expanded the fund to honor both brothers.
