Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation Scholars Program

High school seniors in Ventura County, California, including homeschool students, who are U.S. citizens with a 3.0 or higher GPA may apply. Applicants should demonstrate leadership, character, communication skills, and community service in Ventura County, and plan to attend undergraduate study within an academic year of high school graduation.

Up to ten scholarships of up to $10,000 each are awarded based on merit, public service, and leadership experience.

The application includes an essay about your leadership experiences, plus records of extracurriculars, community service, and work. Semifinalists submit a transcript, two letters of recommendation, and a short video.

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute established this program to support student leaders who embody President Reagan's character and ideals.
