Second-, third-, or fourth-year University of Windsor students in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a minimum cumulative average of 72% who are Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents (including Protected Persons) residing in Ontario may apply for the Rockwell International Bursary in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Selection is based on financial need, academic performance, and extracurricular activities.
