Robert P. Knowles Scholarship

University of Saskatchewan full-time M.Sc. or Ph.D. student entering or continuing graduate research to develop or apply methods that create, identify, or select superior forage, cereal, oilseed, or pulse crops for commercial agriculture. Open to Canadian citizens with at least five years' residency in Canada; an undergraduate degree from a Canadian university is required.

Master's support is $30,000 per year for up to 2.5 years plus tuition; Ph.D. support is $35,000 per year for up to 4 years plus tuition. A $5,000 travel allowance may be used over the life of the award.

Application includes a research progress statement, a one-page research proposal, field-research details, transcripts, and three references.
