Robert Orr Lawson Second Year Microbiology In-course Scholarship

University of Guelph B.Sc. student majoring in Microbiology who has completed the first two semesters of full-time study (5 credits) with a minimum 80% cumulative average. Preference for students whose studies or research relate to food microbiology.

One award of $3,000. Selection is based on the highest cumulative average. Later installment payments require at least 77% over the prior two semesters of continued full-time study in the major. May not be held with the Microbiology Entrance Scholarship or other Robert Orr Lawson Microbiology Scholarships.

Apply by May 15 with the Robert Orr Lawson Second Year Microbiology In-Course Scholarship application. Funded by the estate of Robert Orr Lawson with matching support from the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology.
