Robert E. Stark and Martin H. Stark Scholarship

Saginaw County residents who are graduating high school seniors or enrolled college students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or mechanical engineering at a Michigan college or university may apply. Applicants need a minimum 2.5 GPA, full-time enrollment, and must demonstrate financial need.
