Rizing Tide Crest Scholarship

First- or second-year DPT students, or PTAs entering a PTA-to-DPT bridge program at a CAPTE-accredited U.S. program, may apply if they identify as BIPOC with an underrepresented racial or ethnic background. Applicants need a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA and U.S. citizenship or DACA status.

Up to twenty Crest scholarships of up to $14,000 are awarded annually and may be renewed up to two additional years by maintaining a 3.2 GPA.

Apply with three 500-word essays, transcript, DPT acceptance letter, and two recommendations. Finalists are interviewed via Zoom.
