Riley's Way Call For Kindness Fellowship

The Call For Kindness Fellowship funds young leaders running social impact projects that inspire kindness and strengthen their communities. Up to 50 youth-led projects are selected each year; each receives a startup grant of up to $5,000 plus a 12-month leadership development fellowship with 1:1 coaching, skill-building sessions, an in-person retreat, mentorship, and a national peer community. Fellows can later apply for continuation grants.

The fellowship is open to young people ages 13 to 23 across the United States, so high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are fully eligible. Projects can be at the idea stage or already underway, on any topic; up to two fellows may apply per project. Special and sponsored categories change annually.

Students apply directly through the foundation's online application. The 2026 application deadline was March 1; the fellowship runs annually with new fellows announced in May.
