Richland County Foundation Mansfield Noon Lions Club Scholarship Fund

Richland County students pursuing education to assist or educate the visually handicapped may be matched to this fund through the foundation's unified application. Priority goes to graduates of Mansfield City Schools' visually impaired program. Junior or senior college students training to work with the visually impaired are also eligible. New applicants need a 2.5 or higher GPA and must demonstrate financial need.

The scholarship amount varies annually.
