Students pursuing dentistry or dental hygiene who plan to enroll in an American Dental Association-accredited dental, dental hygiene, or graduate postdoctoral program may apply. Applicants must attend or plan to attend a two- or four-year college or university in Illinois or the Indiana School of Dentistry and demonstrate financial need.
