For an undergraduate RTA School of Media student at Toronto Metropolitan University in any year who self-identifies as Indigenous, is a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person, is an Ontario resident, has clear academic standing, demonstrates financial need, and has contributed significantly to the RTA community.
