About this scholarship
Northern Nevada high school graduates with a 3.0 or higher GPA may apply through the Reno Rodeo Foundation AwardSpring portal for general scholarships and a supplemental Western Arts and Culture award.
Award amounts and recipient counts vary by year and funding. The Western Arts addendum is awarded in addition to general foundation scholarships based on overall applicant ranking.
Submit the foundation application plus an addendum with four essay questions and three art samples reflecting western culture and heritage. No specific arts major is required.
