At The King's University, a $1,500 scholarship for a returning full-time student planning a career working with or caring for persons with developmental disabilities, with prior volunteer or work experience in that area.
Applicants need a 3.30 GPA. Selection also considers academic achievement, demonstrated Christian commitment, and financial need. A reference letter from a volunteer or work supervisor or faculty advisor is required.
Apply through King's competitive financial aid application. Several anonymous donors who want to "make room" (Rehoboth) fund this scholarship.
